We use the Family app to help you log observations for learning, communicate with the parents and track your key children’s development.

We enhance our ratio’s with work experience students and Apprenticeships so that we can facilitate non-contact time for you to plan exciting activities for your key children and host parents meetings to discuss the development of your key children.

We offer regular supervisions to identify your needs and ensure that we are supporting you.

Working here at RightStart Daycare you will be nurtured and supported in progressing your childcare career. We look for individuals who have a passion for the early years sector and want to make an impact into each of the children’s lives.

We actively encourage our staff to work toward promotion and developing new skills through in house and external training. When studying we understand you may need time to study and adapt your working hours to suit your studies.

We hire apprentices in each of our rooms as we love to nurture young talent. We treat our apprentices with respect and are given the opportunity to thrive, we ill assign key children to you as soon as you feel ready and will provide a buddy to help you with the key person role.

We provide children with excellent care and learning

We look for all our aspiring Childcare Educators to be committed, motivated and have excellent communication skills with the children and their parents.

We support our staff to have a work life balance so that they can give 100% when they are with the children at nursery. Our team is dedicated to offer the best service to all families.

Parents are positive about the way the nursery is run. They regularly receive information about their children's day and overall progress.

My son has just graduated from RightStart nursery. He absolutely loved his time there and I know he will miss everyone a lot. The staff there are fantastic, they really know the children so well and tailor the activities to the children's needs. My son formed very close relationships with his key worker and the other workers - they were all so genuinely warm and kind with him. There was a graduation ceremony when he left and the effort that was put in to make the event so special was amazing. My 2-year-old has been attending the RightStart Daycare at Kids in Charge nursery for 6 weeks. When he started, he was so shy and nervous but the staff were so attentive and caring with him, taking the time to find the things that interest him and make him feel comfortable. When we tell him that it's time to go to nursery, he grabs his teddy and puts his shoes on - he loves it (he especially loves the fish, and the mud kitchen)! They've also been great through Covid too - taking my son's temperature every day, the right PPE and lots and hand-washing. They seem to get the balance just right. I'm so pleased I found this relaxed and friendly nursery

The baby room team have been amazing at helping my son settle into his new surroundings. His key worker has been a vital part of my son’s care and he adores her. She works very well and supports both my son and us, as parents, so we are all on the same page when it comes to our son’s development.
