The leadership team is experienced and extremely responsive to the unique needs of each individual child. I couldn’t have made a better decision. My daughter is a Covid baby who was very clingy and very difficult. However thanks to the team at RightStart and the way they worked with her through her settling in period was very reassuring to me as a working mum. My daughter loves going to nursery now and I couldn’t be more happy.

The staff in RightStart are very warm and caring towards my children. They are attentive and creative! My children go in happy and come out happy. they always say that they had an amazing day in nursery

My son has just graduated from RightStart nursery. He absolutely loved his time there and I know he will miss everyone a lot. The staff there are fantastic, they really know the children so well and tailor the activities to the children's needs. My son formed very close relationships with his key worker and the other workers - they were all so genuinely warm and kind with him. There was a graduation ceremony when he left and the effort that was put in to make the event so special was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone, I have been so happy with how my son settled and he thoroughly enjoyed his time there. We were all sad to say goodbye!

My son just started to go to this nursery, he loves it so much and when he comes home, he always talks about his new nursery and his new friends. He's being well looked after

My 2-year-old has been attending the RightStart Daycare at Kids in Charge nursery for 6 weeks. When he started, he was so shy and nervous but the staff were so attentive and caring with him, taking the time to find the things that interest him and make him feel comfortable. When we tell him that it's time to go to nursery, he grabs his teddy and puts his shoes on - he loves it (he especially loves the fish, and the mud kitchen)! They've also been great through Covid too - taking my son's temperature every day, the right PPE and lots and hand-washing. They seem to get the balance just right. I'm so pleased I found this relaxed and friendly nursery

The baby room team have been amazing at helping my son settle into his new surroundings. His key worker has been a vital part of my son’s care and he adores her. She works very well and supports both my son and us, as parents, so we are all on the same page when it comes to our son’s development.
